Evomon Leveling Guide: Level Up Faster

Updated 2026-06-16 · 4 min read

Leveling is one of the most time-consuming parts of Evomon — especially when you're pushing toward an evolution or chasing higher level caps on several creatures at once. The good news: a few simple habits make training dramatically faster. The whole trick comes down to one idea — stop splitting EXP, and funnel as much of it as possible into the one Evo you actually want to level.

1. Solo the Evo you want to level

Battle EXP is shared across every Evomon in your team. The more creatures you carry, the less each one earns:

  • More Evos in the team → less EXP each. A full team spreads every reward thin.
  • One Evo in the team → maximum EXP for that Evo. Nothing is siphoned off elsewhere.

So when you want to power-level a specific creature as fast as possible, pull everyone else out and let it fight on its own. This single change cuts the time to reach higher levels more than any other tip here.

2. Max-level Evos still soak up some EXP

A detail many players miss: even an Evomon that has already hit your current level cap still absorbs a portion of the EXP it would otherwise waste. If a capped creature is sitting in your team, some of the battle reward is quietly diverted into it instead of going to your target.

It's a small leak, but it's a leak. If your only goal is to level one creature quickly, keep the capped Evos on the bench too — let the Evo you're training be the only one collecting experience.

3. Use a strong Evo as early support — then go solo

Brand-new Evos are fragile, so the first few levels are the slow part. A stronger creature in the team helps you get over that hump:

  • You clear tougher opponents that hand out more EXP.
  • Your new Evo survives fights it couldn't win alone.
  • Those early levels tick by far quicker with backup.

But switch strategies the moment your new Evo can hold its own. As soon as it's strong enough to fight unassisted, drop the support creature and let it solo — that's when it starts banking the full EXP per battle and levels up fastest.

The fastest way to level, in short

  • Keep only the Evo you want to level in your team.
  • Use a stronger Evo as temporary support for the first few levels only.
  • Let your target Evo fight alone as soon as it can.
  • Avoid splitting EXP across teammates you don't need.
  • Remember capped Evos still skim a share of the EXP — bench them too.

Follow these and you'll save a lot of grinding time, especially when working a creature toward its next evolution. When you're ready to decide which Evos are worth the effort, check the Meta Board and plan a roster in the Team Builder.
